Terms of Service

Last updated: April 4, 2026

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Zaseki service ("Service"). All users ("Users") of the Service are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Service": The virtual space and presence platform provided by Zaseki
  • "Organization": A company or team account to which a user belongs
  • "Content": Text, images, audio, and other data that users post or transmit on the Service

Article 3 (Service Description)

The Service provides presence visualization within organizations, voice calls, screen sharing, and related features. Service details are as described on our website. We may change, add, or discontinue service features without prior notice.

Article 4 (Registration)

Use of the Service requires registration with a valid email address. Users must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or delete accounts if registration information is found to be false.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in the following:

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Acts that infringe the rights of us, other users, or third parties
  • Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Unauthorized access or attempted misuse
  • Using another user's account without permission
  • Placing excessive load on the Service network or systems

Article 6 (Fees)

The Service offers free and paid plans. Fees, billing cycles, payment methods, and plan details are as shown on our website or in the Service at the time of purchase.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for all fees until the subscription is properly cancelled.

You may cancel a paid subscription for a space by deleting that space in the Service or through the billing management options we provide (if any). When you delete a paid space, we will cancel the associated subscription so that no further recurring charges are made for that space.

If you delete a paid space or otherwise cancel before the end of a billing period, your access to that space (and the Service for that space) ends when the deletion or cancellation takes effect. Except where applicable law requires a refund or we expressly agree in writing, fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable and we do not provide credits or prorated refunds for partial periods.

We may change fees with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of a paid plan after the effective date of a change may constitute acceptance of the new fees where permitted by law.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the Service belong to us or the rightful owners. Users are granted only the right to use the Service and do not receive any transfer or license of these rights.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Service. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. The same applies when the Service is unavailable due to communication failures, equipment malfunctions, or similar causes.

Article 9 (Termination)

Users may stop using the Service at any time. Deleting a space removes that space and, for paid spaces, cancels the subscription for that space as described in Article 6.

Deleting a user account (if available) or leaving all spaces may terminate the User’s use of the Service in whole or in part, subject to any surviving obligations and our data retention practices.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, or delete or suspend accounts or spaces, without prior notice if we determine that a User has violated these Terms or that continued provision is inappropriate.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms take effect from April 4, 2026.
